Review for Tabitha Hart Fri, 08 May 2026 If real estate deals were action movies, Tabitha Hart would already have at least three sequels and a cult following. I have watched her walk transactions through situations that should have ended in flames, confusion, or at minimum someone crying in a parking lot. Somehow, she keeps the room calm, solves problems nobody else even saw coming, and makes impossible timelines feel strangely normal. There are title companies that process paperwork, and then there are people like Tabitha who quietly carry the entire deal across the finish line while the rest of us are still trying to figure out what just happened. At one point I was convinced the transaction had entered a spiritual warfare phase. Tabitha handled it like it was a Tuesday afternoon. Sharp, unshakable, ridiculously responsive, and somehow still pleasant through absolute chaos. If you need a title company that can survive the kind of deals that make seasoned agents reconsider their career choices, this is the team. 10/10.
